Every time I watch the wiggles -which is almost daily - I am always perplexed with the yellow wiggle. In case you don't know it is played by 2 different guys. So many questions were running through my mind ... Which guy came first, who would be stupid enough to leave The Wiggles, did they kick him out for drug use? And how did the new wiggle get chosen because that would be a sweet gig? I needed to know the back story, or I just couldn't watch The Wiggles in peace.
So I did a little research (it's kinda sad, 10 years ago I was researching the similarities and difference between US and Canadian governments, now I research The Wiggles) and here's what I came up with:
There were actually 5 members of the Wiggles, but the 5th member left before they hit it big (kinda like the 5th beatle). They virtually erased him from the group.
Greg Page was the original 'Yellow Wiggle', but contrary to popular belief (well only mine) he did not have a drug problem, he in fact has health problems that forced him to retire - I know not as juicy.
Sam Moran is the new yellow wiggle. He got the job because he was Greg's understudy. Kinda boring, I was hoping for a street fight to the death for the job, but no such luck.
Just a side note Anthony (said with an Australian accent) is the 'Hot Wiggle'.

I have not had the pleasure of watching the Wiggles yet. But I can't wait.
Um, that guy really is the hot wiggle. Who knew that there was a hot wiggle.
i do not enjoy the new yellow wiggle as much as the old one, i have no reason. maybe the original had a better father figure look to him. i'll admit, i have a strange attraction to the purple wiggle, but he is not hot.
oops, it's just me with the strange attraction to the purple guy.
